UNELEFANTE'S POLLOCK CHOCOLATE BARS
Mexican store Unelefante have collaborated with master chocolatier Jorge Llanderal on a series of chocolate bars that take inspiration from the art of American abstract expressionist painter Jackson Pollock. Recreating the artist’s iconic action paintings by hand-painting/flicking(?) with cocoa butter, the bars boast a rich 55% Columbian cocoa concentration to make for a truly unique eating experience.
